What we collect and why
If you join early access, we store your email address, consent, signup source and date so we can send launch and availability updates. We do not ask for intimate details. The site records anonymous page-view, WhatsApp-click and signup events without cookies, advertising identifiers, IP addresses or user-agent details in our application database.
How we use and protect it
We use your information only for the purpose you agreed to, service administration and lawful security. We do not sell personal information. Hosting or email providers may process data for us under appropriate safeguards, including outside South Africa where their infrastructure requires it.
Your choices
You may withdraw consent or ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. You may also complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator if you believe your information has been handled unlawfully.
Retention and changes
We retain early-access details until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed for the stated purpose, subject to legal obligations. We will update this notice as ordering, payments and delivery services are introduced.
